Qatar Airway - 24h Delay - How to get the compensation
Hi all
I'm new to this website. This is my story:
Yesterday my flight from Venice had 4.5h delay and as a consequence i lost my connecting flight to Australia.
The delay was for 2 reasons: The flight landed in Venice late and before the take off one passenger had to leave the airplane for unknown reasons.
I arrived in Doha last night and I'm now in the hotel waiting to catch the flight tonight.
I basically have a 24h delay.
I'm going to miss work tomorrow which is a disgrace as I have many meetings booked.
The Qatar customer services is terrible and definitely not a 5 star as they advertise.
I'm sure that i'm eligible for a compensation but no one is telling me what it is and how to get it.
Can anyone help me?
