Pretty common at properties in the bigger cities or convention locations. And they normally receive so much stuff that they have people manning a delivery desk or storage area. Or do you think that's free or should be included in the rate that everyone pays?

It's just like the service fee for room service. If it takes an extra effort you need to pay for it....

But that was hardly the discussion here. Expecting the hotel to wave charges because your neigbour is noisy is also taking it a bit far in my opinion. If it's a party organised by the hotel it's a bit different but this seems just a noisy guest.
