Data Point: Tried a PC from a BCE today and was unsuccessful. The CSR offered to swap to a BCP, the Blue Sky, an Everyday(MR) or the MB. I politely asked if she could check with anyone to see if it could be overridden but she claimed they too would be limited to the options on her screen. Looks like I'll eventually burn a HP.
