Just used my PP at United lounge in ORD. I was told I can bring 4 guests? Regardless, it was just my brother and me travelling so it didn't matter. But having a CDN Plat with Prestige PP allowed access to the United lounge without any issues. I was told the US Plat holders were no longer allowed. Sucks.
