And you should have stuck to that excellent policy. To be honest, and knowing that many people will consider that comment totally miscreant, IMHO eggs have no place on airline menus unless the airline is prepared to use actual eggs (and before anyone says that "it is not possible", check OS which always offers fresh sunny side up eggs in long haul J). The "scramble mixtures" used in mass food operations including airlinessimply bear no resemblance to actual eggs, and belong to the rubbish bin skipping any sort of plate on the way.

Oh, and for the records I absolutely love (real) scrambled eggs.
