MONTHLY FEE:

A $3.00 Fee will be deducted from the available Fast Funds Card balance each month. If the balance on the Card is less than the fee amount, the account balance will be negative and the insufficient amount will be collected from the next Load amount. If the balance remains negative for 60 days, the account will be closed permanently.
