Your post prompted me to call as well. Agent confirmed that I was registered, but the reason I haven't received my miles is my first mileage posting from Amex was on Apr 20. I applied for the card in early March and my first transaction was on March 19. The agent confirmed that my miles will have to be manually posted, and they should be in my account in about a week.
