The frustration gets worse; customer relations tell me they can only deal with post flight problems. Tell me to ring back to customer support. Now find out they had also cancelled my cathay seat reservations. Back waiting in the Indian Call centre. When things go wrong you are literally left hanging.... on to phone for hours and then brushed off. Faith in BA taken a huge nose dive. The telephone support just isn't there or available
