strongly recommend calling the number on the back of your card and get to the benefits/claims department and report that the incident happened so they can note it on your account. There's a deadline of when you can report the incident and get reimbursed (i don't remember exactly how long it is). So if Hertz doesn't get back to you until after that deadline and you then contact Visa to file a claim, they may not accept it because you've waited too long. After you report it, then you can lay low. haha
