Glad it is working out... Did the KE phone agent want you to pay the 10% in miles?

Who knows where AS got their info....it is scary how much wrong/stale information is on airline websites.

Once Delta's website listed the hours of some of their lounges incorrectly. I pointed this out IN A LOUNGE and the agents wouldn't believe me until I told them to go to delta.com and look up their own lounge....
