Manufacturers have minimum staffing levels for planes? I didn't know that. I thought the Airline and Transport Canada determined that.

Allowing the 50 to 1 ratio will theoretically allow AC to only have 10 FA on the 77HD with a passenger load is 458. With 40 to 1 they required 12 but as there are only 10 exit doors, they have it covered... I guess.
