We also had a confusing stay here in May re: one breakfast was included in our Business Plan rate, but we were a party of 3. We were not given any vouchers, just told that the breakfast was at Hemisphere. We checked in at Hemisphere and explained our rate to the host, we were seated on the 9th floor. We took the buffet and our bill was separated into 1 adult (included in rate) and 1 adult 1 child (settled separately).

On our 2nd/ last day, the one breakfast showed up on the bill so had to sort out with Hemisphere and they took it off. (Interestingly, I called the FD and was told to sort it out at Hemisphere - I would have thought the FD wouldn't have a problem removing it? And I would have minded it more except that I was already at Hemisphere eating breakfast on the 2nd day.) After reading about the 10th floor deck being for the Business Plan, I'm now wondering why this wasn't communicated to us properly at the Front Desk. We did see the 10th floor spread because we entered from the side door on the 10th floor as our room was on 10. The welcome letter didn't specify continental breakfast though.

We had other communication problems. We were told that the Business Plan Internet included the higher speed wall connection, but it was charged anyway. Had to go to FD to remove it before check out.

Supposed to receive 2 bottled water per day, but there was not a confirmation of this in the room (I expected a little card beside the bottle). There were 2 different brands of water (one was Evian and the other domestic), and we called to ask and were told we could consume whichever one we liked.

I just think the communication was lacking. I ended up making several visits to the FD. Speaking of the FD they were friendly but I did not see the ladies I'm used to seeing there (this is our 4th year staying, but our first time on business plan rate).

That aside we do enjoy this hotel very much because of the amenities of the airport. McCoys is excellent and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very clean but esp bathrooms are in need of renovation!
