I just had this happen last week at ORD. 10 minutes south on 294 something cracked the windshield with a spiderweb about 2 inches on drivers side. immediately turned around adn filled out an incident report and exchanged it. Didn't do the LDW and rented with ua club card from chase so primary is there. Not sure what will happen now, but I have a feeling total window replacement will be needed. Lay low until I'm contacted.
