Essentially I'm flying this Saturday and my medallion upgrade has not cleared although delta.com shows "upgrade available" when looking at the flight I am already confirmed on. I booked this flight more than 1 month ago so it's not a matter of a lag in processing the upgrades.

Delta Assist confirmed that upgrade inventory is not available for my PM level even though delta.dumb shows that it is.

To be specific, I'm looking at DL1360 on July 12th.

Anyone seen this before? perhaps another rule change has been implemented and announcement is forthcoming..

Should I push this further or just let it go and wait for a BFUG on Saturday?
