Turning Business Spend Into MS

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if this is truly 'MS', but it does relate.

I have a fair amount of business expenses that I currently pay with checks, but I could pay all of them with a Credit Card. The catch is that I would be charged a 3% fee for using a CC.

The ultimate question: Would it be worth changing these expenses from debit to credit even though there will be a 3% fee? Is the mile value worth it?

A few notes:
-The CC's that would be taking on the charges would be: SPG, Virgin Atlantic, or United
-The expenses would not be considered business expenses from a CC perspective (ex: extra points on a Chase Bold card)
-I've already reached the bonuses for the mentioned CC's so this would be purely a long-term mileage play
-Is it worth reaching the 25k spend limit for certain cards? (SPG offers gold status)
-I HAVE to pay these expenses no matter what - IE, this is not a float
