I was wrong. It is true that you get Priority AAccess with the Exec card, though I'm surprised your friends get it when you book them awards (that isn't supposed to happen when non-traveling elites book awards for others unless they are elite themselves).

I have the Citi Exec card myself - I just got it less than two months ago (after my post that you quoted). Maybe I need to learn more about the benefits but there aren't many that are applicable to elites other than AC access. I got it just for the 100,000 bonus miles offered; the fee will pay for itself many times over.

For the record, I don't exactly like that non-elites can get all that just by getting a credit card.
