I just applied for my 2nd CitiBusiness AA credit card, after closing the previous one 3-4 months ago (I have had it for about 1.5 years). I didn't get the instant approval and called back a day later and found that it was declined
The customer service rep said it was because I have had a previous card within 18 months.
Am I one of those people who can't churn business card, as mentioned in the FAQ? If so, what can I do? My credit score is good and I rarely get declined. Thanks!
