Citi Executive has plenty of available credit and its cash advance limit is set to zero (CA was set to zero when I made the initial load to the buxx using this same credit card, so CA limit should not be the issue). is it possibly a glitch that your initial load went through inspite of your CA set to zero? the software may have caught on to that so that if it's initially processed as CA, it will reject any amount. I've read some reports that loads are initially processed as CA and later changed to purchase.
