Cannot. CX reservations can be split but cannot be combined.

According to the website, either of the memberships would allow me to select the seats in advance. However, there is also a criteria of booking class matters too. The call center told me it's not possible to reserve seats for Q class fare even if you are a DM... Any experience on this?
I would hope to use my OWS status to secure window seats for my aunt as this will be her first trip overseas in 6 years and she looks forward to having a window seat with us tog.

I have no OW status, but on a BA Avios redemption ticket I was able to call CX (I think I called MPO as a GR) and have them Advance Seat Allocate me next to a JGC Sapphire member also flying on a BA Avios redemption ticket that day.
