It's not one offer. It's got targeted variations. Mine is just $600, with gas, grocery, restaurants, and dept stores IIRC. Mine says that dept stores does not include discount stores, and means physical stores with different departments for different items, or something like that. Now I know they mean it doesn't Ross Dress for Less, and it does count Macy's, but I'm still not clear on whether it counts Walmart!
And of course, a payments processor does count as
any of these! Wny would it???
WalMart/KMart/Target are not counted as Dept Stores by virtually all 3 major card issuers based on experiences, and no definition language to go by (remember how we went back and forth on the AS card's Retail purchase?...) dont know the like such as Barclays or Discover.
