Wow...did I hit a nerve.
Are they angled against the direction of travel? Yes.
Are they angled away from the window? Yes.
Is the neighbouring pods tv inline with your head? Yes.
So actually I'm not wrong on those 3 factors.
Are they longer and/or wider than the Air Canada pods? I'll take your word for it that they are.
I still say pods angled into the cabin are a terrible design, and an extreme angle is even worse, in my opinion. If you guys like them that way,great.....I prefer to have a view out the window than into the cabin. And the tv placement sucks...for exactly the reason I gave.

Just because its a follow-on from what Air NZ did from 2005 or Virgin did doesn't mean its a great design.
