Hi all,

Next week I fly DUB-JFK-CLT-TPA, all flights have US flight codes but the first flight is operated by AA. My booking information tells me to check in for my first flight with AA, but doesn't make it clear if I will check in for the rest of the journey with AA too or with US. I have both apps on my iPhone and plan to use mobile boarding passes.

I'm a frequent flyer but this is the first time in a while I have flown on mixed metal and can't remember what happened last time.
