Is anyone familiar with flights OS94 and UA989? Both use the same type of aircraft. I see configuration is different 3-4-3 vs 3-3-3 but this doesn't matter, seats are also almost the same 31" p 18.47" w vs 31" 18"

What I wanted to know are OS planes newer and service wise better?
I need to book an economy class seat.
