There was a simple reason for that: WT+ on those routes was not in the recent sale, so you didn't miss out on anything.

It depends on what you think of WT+ itself.

There are some people here who think that it's little different from WT and who don't find WT+ any more comfortable. If you're in that camp (which tends to be of people who are normally flying F or CW and seldom do any regular flying in WT+ or WT), then you might as well save some money.

There are others who would be in WT all the time if WT+ hadn't been invented, and who think that the additional space in WT+ is worth paying some money for. If you're in that camp, and you can get WT+ for an acceptable price, then there's no sensible reason to deprive yourself of the benefit of WT+.
