Quite funny actually, when on a recent Vueling flight passengers tried to store their (reasonably sized) bags and backpacks under the seats in front of them. The rows were so tight that even medium sized bags would not fit between seat and seatback to be put on the floor.

Not so funny how tight the seating is.
