Fantastic! After talking to Visa, seems like they will be able to take care of all of it, so hopefully we can leave State Farm out of it. We're still waiting to hear from Hertz on what the damage is. I'm slightly surprised it has taken this long. You'd think they'd be chomping at the bit to get their money back. I already informed Visa of the date the damage happened, and I think if i don't hear from Hertz within another week or two, I may give them a call. As you said, everything needs to be handled fairly promptly due to timelines.
