We stayed at the Portrait Roma a few months ago and loved it! Beautifully designed and a perfect location for us just a few steps from Via Condotti! Their service is impeccable! I was initially a bit hesitant as they have no restaurant, but you are in Rome, so........! And the included breakfast is beautifully served on their very pretty rooftop terrace. An unexpected plus was complimentary phone service to the States!
