I am a newly minted HHonors Gold.

I was wondering
1.if i booked a superior room and did a nor1 upgrade to Deluxe. Will i still be given an upgrade to executive room?
2.Or shd i just book the Deluxe Room and request for an upgrade to the executive room.
3.If i booked an executive room, will HH Gold get upgrade to suites?
