Not exactly what you're asking for, but I was recently on a SFO - ICN that had 38 business class and 4 first class unoccupied. Last December I had a IAD - NRT with only 4 people in first class. I remember the earlier ICN - SFO being pretty empty too; they were selling upgrades for $600 *or* 20,000 points.
