Ok. You have enough miles, basically, to do an economy ticket to pretty much anywhere in the world. If you transfer all your SPG equally, and buy some more miles, you can do it in business class. As a rough guide, economy tickets are about 60K roundtrip, business class about 110K.
1. Never, ever, ever call US Airways to make general inquiries about awards. Only call them when you know specifically what *segments* you want. They're not good at finding creative routings or ways to get you places, they pretty much do what you tell you them you want, at a very basic level.
2. You generally won't find the flights you need on USAirways. Their award availability internationally on their own flights is iffy, they only fly to Europe and South America, and most international itineraries are best booked on their OneWorld partners, which you'll need to check on Qantas, BA sites for availability, segment-by-segment.
3. You may want to look into using an award booking service. Will cost a few $$ but unless you're willing to invest a lot of time learning the award booking game, you'll do much better paying someone else to do the gruntwork. PM me if you want more details.
4. No matter what you do, figure out where you want to go. Then orient your search around getting you there. This will make things much easier. Do you want to visit just 1 continent (ie Europe) or 2? (Europe+Asia, Europe+Africa, Asia+Australia/NZ/Oceania) Have a destination in mind, that will make it much easier. You basically have the miles to go almost anywhere, in economy or even business class if you transfer and maybe top up a bit.
5. USAirways is having a sale right now on purchased miles. May be worth it for top-ups to get you into Business Class. You can also use the Dividend Mile Multiplier to buy at good prices (2c/mile) in small quantities (5k, 10k, etc.), but it takes a bit of work.
