The last 3 weeks I've gone through 2 misconnects due to delay and cancelled flight and delays here and there and have no compensation for any of these incidents. I've emailed customer service and I get the same response that they're very sorry and understand my frustration but they can't compensate me. I guess all those delays were caused by weather so they won't compensate.
