Redeeming for US Airways: Does the flight or the booking need to be before July 31st?
I am trying to make a US Airways booking with Krisflyer miles.

I see online they say "Redemption bookings confirmed before 1 August 2014 for travel on/after 1 August 2014 will be honoured or re-accommodated by US Airways for a period of 360 days." I am not sure if confirmed is the same as making the reservation.

One agent I called did not think he could make bookings for later than July 31st. However I am not sure if that is actually the policy.

Your help is much appreciated!
