Is it normal for manager to override then load?
Yes. Pretty much all of the FD stores required a supervisor override except for 1 that maybe didn't require a supervisor override or it did but was distracted and didn't notice. I noticed the supervisor needs to enter their employee ID and then a password to override the system.
