As has been observed multiple times upthread, a suite upgrade will take you from a Fairmont room to a Signature Casita suite. FPC can take care of that for you. Some (myself included) have had luck negotiating for upgrades to a Beach Area Casita Suite with the property FPC manager by either stacking upgrade certs or paying for a low-end suite and further upgrading.
