I think that's a bit generous. 1/3 of those 18 seats are middles, and while they are certainly more desirable than a standard Y middle seat, I don't think I'd ever characterize one as 'great'. 7D is a classic 'stink shield' seat, which I try to avoid at all costs. 8C is slightly better, but I won't choose it unless all other aisles/windows are taken. Rows 7DEF and 8ABC are bulkheads, so the traytables restrict width slightly and the armrests don't move. 20ABCDEF won't recline, so while they have very generous legroom, you're still sacrificing an element of comfort. 20A/F and 21A/F are exit row windows with thin seat cushions, making an already rock-hard seat even worse. That leaves us with 21C/D, which are fine seats with full recline and lots of legroom, but if you want to eat on a long flight, you'll probably miss out on the hot sandwich!
