The 747 exit row seats are Preferred, whereas the front of the cabin is Economy Comfort. Each has its own merits, though I generally prefer EC on long-haul flights for the extra recline.

As for lounge access, YMMV if the status on your boarding pass does not match, but I think your chances would still be good.
