I am new to the Fairmont Program so I apologize in advance if this is a basic question. I am trying to book a 5 night stay in November and trying to figure how best to utilize my certificates. I have the following certificates: FPC 3rd night free, 2-$25 Dining/Spa, room upgrade, suite upgrade and Visa free night.

According to the website the following rates are available:
Best Avail - $320
4th Night Free-$256
Savers-$240
Sizzling Savings-$309 + $100 daily resort credit
Inclusive-$539

Am I correct that the free nights can only be used on the Best Avail Rate?
Can I use the Suite Upgrade and if so which suite can I upgrade to, there is the Signature Casita, Beach Area Casita, Ocean Front Casita, Coral Suite, Presidential Suite. Any one preferred over another?

Based on the above rates what do you think is my best option considering the pricing and certificates available?
