When I got my Plat package from AMEX a couple weeks ago, it stated that United Clubs pulled out from the program and I no longer had access? Unless you're saying, you can no longer just show the card to get in, you need to have a PP. In which case, does that mean i can go to a United club, regardless of airline i'm flying and bring a guest in for free, as long as I show the PP card?
