My wife and I just returned from a month in Brasil for the World Cup.

We took 2 Rimowa Topas carry-on cases (circa 1994), and shared a Rimowa Salsa sports trunk (circa 2009) through 10 venue cities. Counting arrival and departure, that was 22 flights in Brasil alone, with luggage both checked and carry-on, and the same amount of taxis.

No dents, no dings, no scratches, just a few smudge marks from the baggage carousel.

And no broken or cracked end corners. So no yellow or red card for Rimowa. Our sincere thanks to all airline and airport staff for making this a memorable Copa.

The only problem is after 7 years of saving and planning, I now have to rebuild my savings account.
