Got the Chase Freedom coming. Have the Chase Sapphire Preferred (for several years) and just completed the required spend for the Citi Platinum Advantage MC.

Looking for one more card to churn for some upcoming purchases.

Considering Barclays Arrival Plus or the City ThankYou offers. Only have status with UA right now.

Which is more flexible and a better return relative to the required spend?

Arrival Plus sounds good but a lot of my travel expenses come from overseas so I'd be more inclined to use zero forex cards.
