They do.
Seats are generally blocked dependent on status.
80 hours before departure, these seats will generally unblock allowing a greater choice. If you don't hold status, a fee of $25 may be applicable.
At 24 hours before departure all remaining seats will generally be available for on-line check-in (and free of charge).
