POUG isn't the issue. It's the same route twice in a day that stuffs things up.
The system clearly isn't designed for TP running...
I agree and would suggest that this is probably going to always need to be manually processed. As the system I assume, would see this as a rebooking / anomaly and flag it for manual intervention.
If your going to do things which are outside normal paramenter, then delays will occur
