How is the CLT immigration during int'l "rush hour"? I have only arrived on the GIG flight in the morning when it is totally empty. The immigration area is much smaller than PHL so it might not be much better.
Never had delays even when I arrive with the afternoon "bank" of European flights. It is a much smaller area but they staff it better and the flights seem to be spaced a bit better.
