Check Your SkyMiles Accounts — Disappearing SkyMiles Segments
I am missing a trip from early June, just noticed a few minutes ago. Wonderful IT.
Additional info: the ticket still shows up in my receipts. Ran it through the credit request process and it shows the flights with the correct fare class paid and flown, and shows a processing code Q. When I click nothing pops up - anyone know what that stands for?
Update 2: now showing correctly in the system again after running it through the request mileage process. At least it's back to correct.
