One note...check the non-SkyPriority line too as you approach. I went direct to the SkyPriority line last week and then looked over and saw shorter lines on the other side.

To your original question, I connected JFK-NRT-HKG with 45 mins and I even had 5 mins to drop into the SkyClub and check it out.
