How hard is it for BA to credit Tier points?

Took 4 flights on the 10th May.

Flew:

LGW-JER 7:25am
JER-LGW 9:00am
LGW-JER 12:55pm
JER-LGW 17:25pm

Originally I booked all 4 in ET and upgraded to CE when a POUG appeared.

As expected, due to flights to the same destination on the same day confusing BA's systems, only two of the flight posted with the correct tier points and Avios a few days later so I phoned up the BA Gold line to get it sorted.

Within a few days, one extra flight posted, giving some time for the 4th one just in case in was slow to appear, but it never appeared so I rang up again.
This time the 4th flight appeared but another one vanished without trace.
On the phone again and even though BA have full details of everything etc, they've managed to once again post one flight and remove another flight even after an email saying my missing flight had been credited (gives the impression that 4 is too big a number for them to count up to as they used "flight" instead of "flights".

Seriously, how hard is it for someone to read something that says "4 flights taken" with full details and manually enter something? It's been 2 months now and it looks as if I'm going to be ringing them again this week as a not very happy bunny.
