It might be a bit over the allowance for some airlines/airports. Recently came across linear cm/in. (length + width + depth) in my luggage search. Some airlines and airports use this measure to determine whether something is oversized. For example, a limit of 62", which is exactly what B&R lists for the large, including wheels and handle. One retailer's website has it at 62.3". Not sure if that fraction is enough to be charged extra.
Large dimensions with handle and wheels: 29" x 12.7" x 20.3" / 73.7 x 32.3 x 51.6 cm
I've randomly checked a few airlines -- seems go to go on SQ, UA, and LH. I'm afraid to check budget carriers
