Hi. I have no idea about official LAN policies, can only report what I see. Perchance methinks we need to be clear about international vs domestic when chatting about this.

On LP domestics any fare class has access to $$ preferred seats, which are offered for free to Emerald/Comodoro. No mention of other elite status availability. On LP domestic the first 3 rows have more legroom.

On international routes, reading SCL767's post closely, it seems $$ preferred seats are available to all fare classes, and free for FF fares. Free also for Comodoro/Emerald status. Again, no mention of other elite status availability. Don't think they changed any seats, but certainly bulkhead and exit rows have more room. (Emerald/Comdoro have access to exit rows). Not sure the mention of $$ availability for Lanpass awards is limited to only Lan booked T fares or for AA awards also?
