Interesting point. Not a good excuse to not come up with a different salad (maybe seafood or chilled beef, for example) or something else more "robust" for dinner, but this helps explain it.

For future reference, what other aircraft don't have ovens besides the MD90 and CRJs? MD88 as well? B717?
