Deja vu meal service, lunch and dinner the same?

Flew from YUL-ATL-DEN yesterday. Both legs were in the "900-1,499 miles" category (http://www.delta.com/content/www/en_...xperience.html).

Leg 1: Lunch service on CRJ-900. Option 1 and only: Orzo pasta salad with cold chicken, molasses cookie, breadsticks.

Leg 2: Dinner service on MD-90. Option 1: Orzo pasta salad with cold chicken, molasses cookie, breadsticks. Option 2: Ham and chess sandwich.

I'm glad that Delta offered a non-pork option, but having eaten it for lunch, you can imagine my disappointment in eating it again for dinner. Just thought it was lame that they weren't mixing it up for lunch vs dinner. It kind of felt like how my cafeteria at work uses the leftover meal scraps to make a soup the next day. Only Delta just reused the leftover meal scraps and made the same meal out of it! Do better, Delta!
